煤矸石的流态化冷态模拟实验研究

摘要: 进行了煤矸石颗粒流态化冷态实验,研究了分布板开孔率、料层厚度、颗粒性质对煤矸石临界流化特性及流化质量的影响,结果表明:直流式分布板的开孔率及床内料层厚度对煤矸石的临界流化特性影响不大,两种煤矸石颗粒均为B类颗粒,其临界流化速度分别为0.16m/s和0.14m/s,采用Babu公式可以很好的预测煤矸石的临界流化速度;分布板开孔率、料层厚度及颗粒性质均对煤矸石颗粒的流化质量有影响,适宜的操作气速应为临界流化速度的1.5倍。

Abstract: The fluidization of coal gangue particle on cold model is tested in plexiglass of diameter 140mm and height 1344mm. The fluidization characteristic of coal gangue particle and the effect of distributor, bed thickness on fluidization quality are analyzed. The results show that the opening ratio of distributor and bed thickness do not much affect initial fluidizing characteristic of coal gangue. Two types of coal gangue particle are B particle and the initial fluidizing gas velocity are 0.16m/s and 0.14m/s. The Babu formula can predict initial fluidizing gas velocity of coal gangue. The distributor, bed thickness and particle will affect fluidization quality by different level. The suitable operation velocity is 1.5 time than initial fluidizing gas velocity.
